OKPaid provides hosted point-of-sale, inventory, customer, supplier, barcode lookup, reporting, image management, and related business software features for organizations. Some features may be limited by plan, organization settings, or product availability.

3. Accounts and Organization Access

To use OKPaid, you must create an account or be invited to an organization account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, controlling access by your staff or authorized users, and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features, limits, or support levels may depend on the plan assigned to your organization. If OKPaid offers paid access, invoiced services, credits, or other charges to your organization, you agree to pay the fees and comply with the billing terms presented at the time of purchase or otherwise agreed in writing. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OKPaid for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with service availability, misuse API keys, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the platform except where prohibited by law, or use OKPaid in a way that violates the rights of others.

6. Customer Data and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the business data you submit to OKPaid, including product, customer, supplier, sales, and operational records. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for obtaining any permissions required to use that data in the service, and for maintaining your own copies or exports when needed. OKPaid may process your data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

7. API Keys and Automated Access

If your organization uses API keys, you are responsible for keeping those keys secure and using them only for authorized integrations. We may monitor API usage, enforce rate limits, rotate or disable compromised keys, and suspend automated access that threatens the security or stability of OKPaid.

8. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

OKPaid relies on third-party providers and data sources to operate certain features, including cloud infrastructure, transactional email delivery, and barcode or product data lookup services. Those providers may change over time, and some features may depend on their availability or rules.

9. Availability, Maintenance, and Changes

We work to keep OKPaid available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, impose service limits, or perform maintenance when needed to operate the platform safely and reliably.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to OKPaid if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts owed to us, or use the service in a way that could harm OKPaid or others. Upon termination, your access may end immediately, and we may delete or retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

11. Disclaimers

OKPaid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except as expressly stated by us in writing, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

OKPaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the product, by email, or by updating the date on this page. Continued use of OKPaid after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes.
