  • Business data you store in OKPaid, such as products, categories, suppliers, customers, orders, sales records, invoices, and kiosk settings
  • Uploaded files and images, such as product images, kiosk banners, organization logos, and QR codes
  • Authentication and security data, such as session information, IP address, user agent, and account activity needed to protect the service
  • API key metadata, rate-limit usage, request counts, and recent usage timestamps when your organization enables API access
  • Support and communication records when you contact us or receive service emails

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain our services
  • Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Improve our services and develop new features

OKPaid uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences, and support core application behavior. We also use local storage for limited client-side preferences, such as theme selection. If you choose to install supported offline features, OKPaid may register a service worker so the app can cache assets and continue working more reliably on your device.

4. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure

We use service providers to operate OKPaid. These providers may process data only as needed to help us deliver the service, including:

  • Cloud hosting, database connectivity, object storage, and other operational infrastructure providers
  • Transactional email providers that send verification, password reset, invitation, and welcome messages on our behalf
  • Third-party or open data sources we may enable for barcode lookup, product information retrieval, or similar features

We do not use a third-party marketing analytics platform in the current product experience.

  • Service providers who assist in operating OKPaid
  • Members of your organization based on your settings, roles, and permissions
  • Professional advisors or counterparties in connection with audits, financing, or business transfers

We keep account and business data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Some operational records, such as audit logs, security logs, and usage records, may be retained longer than editable business records. If you want to export or delete your data, contact us and we will review the request based on your account status and applicable legal obligations.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to limit access, protect credentials, and monitor the service for misuse.
